Brausse Foil Stamp & Emboss Operator 

Independent Printing is an award winning, high quality commercial printer located in De Pere, Wisconsin.  We are currently seeking a self-motivated, hard-working, detail-oriented individual to join us as a full-time Brausse Foil Stamping & Embossing Operator.  

This individual will set up and operate our Brausse SEF 40” foil and embossing press and will back up on our Brausse SE diecutter, Heidelberg cylinder and Kluge foil/stamp and emboss presses in the completion of post-press operations, including the foiling, embossing, perforating, scoring, and die cutting of printed pieces.

A minimum of 2 years experience with large format cutters as well as foil stamping experience is preferred.

The normal work schedule for this position is 3:00 – 11:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Foil Stamper Operator - Experienced 

ll be responsible to his or her immediate supervisor and be required to keep work area in a near an orderly manner.
· Must be able to make ready and run a Bobst BMA stamping press to standards.
· Estimate foil needed for jobs and estimate foil pulls and metrics.
· Keep foil inventory.
· Keep stamping and embossing dies in inventory.
· Keep maintenance on press/grease and oil.
· Computer experience required.
· Check quality every 250 to 500 sheets.
· Keep area clean and safe.
· No helper/feeder
· No Steuer
· Must be able to read a job bag and fill out a time sheet.
· Leadership ability with good communication skills.
· Must have at least five (5) years Folding Carton experience as a Stamper Operator.
· Willing to learn.
· Must be willing to work overtime and available for any shift.
· Must have a good work record, attendance record and safety record.
· All other duties as assigned
