Landy
Chase
Based in Charlotte, N. C., Landy Chase is a
nationally active sales expert who specializes
in increasing the effectiveness of business
owners, sales executives and managers in sales
and marketing skills. Since founding his company
in 1993, he has given over one thousand paid
presentations to corporate and association
clients in over sixty different industries. Mr.
Chase's personal qualifications rank among the
top sales trainers nationally and include repeat
national President’s Club awards as a sales
professional, formal experience as a National
Sales Trainer for a two-billion-dollar service
provider, and management experience directing
the efforts of sales forces in both small
business and major-account sales. He is
currently working on his first book and has
successfully published seventy articles in trade
publications over the last three years. Mr.
Chase is a graduate of The Citadel, The Military
College of South Carolina, and holds an MBA from
Xavier University. In July 2001 he was awarded
the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP)
designation from the National Speakers
Association, the highest earned level of
excellence in the industry and a distinction
representing the top seven percent of all
members of the speaking profession.
Raymond J. Prince
Raymond J. Prince is a senior technical
consultant in the Technical Services Group at
the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (GATF) in
Pittsburgh, Pa. A 45-year industry veteran, Mr.
Prince conducts Technical Plant Assessments (TPAs)
in response to technical inquiries from GATF
members and the industry. GATF’s TPA program
offers in-plant analysis of a printer’s
production facility and capabilities. To date,
Mr. Prince has completed 956 Technical Plant
Assessments. As a printing specialist and
troubleshooter, Mr. Prince presents technical
seminars, conducts in-plant training programs, and
contributes technical information to GATF
textbooks and Technical Services Reports.
Additionally, he provides technical
problem-solving articles called “How I See It”
for GATFWorld, GATF’s bi-monthly magazine. He
also writes a monthly “Tech Tips” for the
Graphic Arts Blue Book web site. He has written
over 145 articles. Mr. Prince also has
co-written the GATF texts “Solving Sheetfed
Offset Press Problems” and “Solving Web Offset
Press Problems” and was the author of “Testing
the Accuracy of the Step-and-Repeat Machine,” a
GATF Technical Services Report. As a lecturer
and trainer, Mr. Prince teaches a number of GATF
seminars and has presented over 672 lectures. He
is a regular lecturer at the GATF/NAPL Sheetfed
Conference and at major trade shows.
