Through a series of beautifully foil stamped
certificates, you can now recognize your employees in a manner that
will instill pride and satisfaction in the job they perform. Each
certificate is printed with your company’s specific information and
is signed by both your company president/owner and the FSEA
executive director. In addition, each certificate is stamped with
the FSEA logo – a custom-designed, refractive logo that signifies
not only sponsorship by the Foil Stamping and Embossing Association,
but excellence within the industry at large.
Categories
Craftsmanship Award: For individuals who have shown
outstanding craftsmanship in the operation of their specific
machine or job function. This would be especially
appropriate for foil stamping, embossing, die cutting, die
making, coating, and folder/gluer operators, etc. The FSEA
recommends that a person should have one full year of
working at the company and at least 4 years or 8,000 hours
of time spent in working at his or her particular craft.
Sales Award: For individuals who have met company
quotas or goals for sales volume, and/or have provided
exceptional customer service in part, by their volume of
repeat business. Positions that would fall into this
category would include inside and outside sales. The FSEA
recommends that a person should have two full years with the
company and at least two years of working in a sales related
position.
Administrative Award: For individuals who have shown
outstanding reliability and dependability in his or her
administrative position. Positions that would fall into this
category would include bookkeeping, secretarial, reception,
estimating, and purchasing, etc. The FSEA recommends that a
person should have one full year with the company and at
least one full year of working at his or her current job
function.
Supervisor/Manager Award: For individuals who have
shown outstanding leadership and work ethic at a supervisory
or managerial position. Positions that would fall into this
category would include production manager, general manager,
plant manager, supervisor of a specific department, vice
presidents, etc. The FSEA recommends that a person should
have two full years with the company and at least two full
years of working at his or her current job function.
Length of Service Award: The FSEA recommends that
this be provided to employees in increments of five years,
starting with year five.
Other: If you have an employee who deserves
recognition in a category not listed above, provide the
category and a brief description and a custom certificate
will be provided. Please keep descriptions to a maximum of
10 words.
