The FSEA·IADD Joint Conference “Play to Win”, March 25-27, 2012, in Las Vegas attracted over 150 attendees from around the world, reflecting a 25-percent increase over the 2010 conference in New Orleans. From Germany, Russia, Mexico, Australia, Canada and the US, attendees gathered to learn the latest industry trends; discover best-in-class practices from industry peers and investigate business strategies to drive profitability.

 

Hosted by the Foil & Specialty Effects Association (FSEA) and the International Association of Diecutting and Diemaking (IADD), the 2012 conference kicked of with a Welcome Reception and Supplier Trade Fair on Sunday evening, followed by one and a half days of conference sessions. The event culminated with the coveted FSEA Gold Leaf Awards Banquet where the winners of the 2011 FSEA Gold Leaf Awards Competition were announced. Also honored at the awards banquet was the 2012 FSEA Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient Harry Voss with Diamond Packaging and Past FSEA Chairman Brad Van Leeuwen of Trade Print Finishing.
