Site Set for 2012 FSEA and IADD Joint Conference
The Foil & Specialty Effects Association (FSEA) is excited to announce that Las Vegas has been chosen as the site for the 2012 National Convention, once again partnering with the IADD (International Association of Diecutting and Diemaking) in programming and networking events. Slated to take place March 25-27, 2012, at the Monte Carlo, the convention will follow the 2 ½-day format of previous years.
Kicking off on a Sunday evening (instead of Thursday evening), the convention will start with the Welcome Reception and Supplier Trade Fair, where attendees will have the opportunity to talk with suppliers to the print finishing, diecutting and diemaking arenas, as well as network with a broader range of industry peers. General sessions will commence on Monday morning and continue all day on Tuesday (with the annual golf outing and alternate event on Monday afternoon). The conference will culminate with the Gold Leaf Awards Banquet on Tuesday evening.
Special hotel rates at the Monte Carlo have been negotiated for the Friday and Saturday night prior to the convention for those who wish to come in early and enjoy the excitement of the city. The beautifully renovated Monte Carlo is just steps (or a free train ride) away from the famed CityCenter – a blend of shopping, entertainment and luxury hotels amidst breathtaking landscaping. Look for programming information and registration details coming January 20th at www.fsea.com.
Hotel Reservations: Special rates have been reserved for conference attendees: $60/night (Sunday – Thursday) and $109/night (Friday and Saturday). To make your reservations, call 800.311.8999 and reference the FSEA/IADD Joint Conference (code XFSEA). Reservations may be made online.
